The Actual Death SongWho's a weepin'
                                          Who's a weepin'
                                  Weepin' midst the willows?
                                          Who's a weepin'
                                          Who's a weepin'
                                         Crying on the hill?
                                       Who's that weeping?
'Tis not I, 'tis not I
                                 For they have been fulfilled.
                                          The valley sings
                                          The valley sings
                                Sings with sounds of gladness
                                          The valley sings
                                          The valley sings
                               Where before was only sorrow
                                          The valley sings
                                         And I sing with it

It's only one step from the lush green tinted forrest into the bright open garden.

I love it. You really do go from being surrounded by a dark, almost mysterious forrest into a light, happy garden. Beautiful place.

It's very evocative of many different emotions.

Looking at this picture makes me think of the Fellowship, when they entered Rivendell. It looks like it leads to a place of beauty and safe haven.

So you envission a place of safety and sunlight, well protected by solid walls? (or something along those lines)

Not necessary protected by walls. More of the idea that the place brings complete and utter serenity, more of a mental and emotional refuge than a physical one.

A place of inutterable saftey and solitude. A place so safe that it doesn't need to be guarded, it guards itself. A place for the wear to rest, the troubled to sleep. Kind of like a mountainside temple. Sorry, that just popped into my head.
